Gwyneth MaryFEW16.03.1926 - 25.03.2008 It is with great sadness that the family announce the death of Gwyneth, devoted wife to her late husband George, much loved mother to Lyn, Lorraine, Anita, Malcolm and Christopher, mother-in-law to Donna, Billy, Gareth, Christine and Marcelle, grandmother to Mark, and of the late Emma, Alison, Bethan, Simon, Katrin, Thomas, James and Lowri. Great- grandmother to Liam, Charlotte, Oliver, Eve, and Tyler, sister to Margaret and sister-in-law to Gilbert. Gwyneth passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her family after a long illness. The family wish to thank everyone who attended the services at St. Tydfil's Parish Church and Cefn Cemetery, too numerous to mention, we would also like to take this opportunity to thank everyone for their support and messages of sympathy at this difficult time. A special thank you to Gwyneth's carers for their kindness and support during her illness, also to Beryl Mackay for true friendship over the years. Bearers were Mark, Thomas, James (grandsons) and Liam (great-grandson). A heartfelt thank you for the very generous donations in lieu of flowers which go to the new Cystic Fibrosis Unit at Llandough Hospital. The funeral arrangements were carried out with care and dignity by Gilbert James and Sons, Funeral Directors. Thanks also to Cannon Steve Morgan for his compassion and words of comfort.
