We especially wish to thank Paramedics and A & E staff at Crosshouse Hospital, the Neuro Surgeons and ITU staff at Western General Hospital, Edinburgh, Tom and Portland Funeral Services for respectful help and advice, his friends on the most colourful clothes ever, the moving tribute from his Uncle James, his life long friend Wullie Barry for his brilliant funny tribute and especially Stewart Donnelly, Humanist Celebrant on a lovely service celebrating Alan's life, the Foxbar Hotel for their tea, sympathy and patience and the Clansman for the "Wake". We mourn his passing and celebrate his life. Thank you for remembering him.
