Derrick passed away suddenly, at his home in Perth, on Thursday, 10th July 2025, aged 65 years, devoted and dearly loved dad of Shannon and Dale, father-in-law of Leanne, a proud grandad to Jack, Josh and Dale, beloved son of Derrick and Cathie Falconer, a dear brother of Gayle and Tina and a good friend to many. All who knew Derrick are warmly invited to join the family at Perth Crematorium on Thursday 24th July 2025 at 2:30 p.m. No flowers, please
