DavidEVERETTMr David Thomas Everett, of Bury Street, Oswaldtwistle, passed away on Monday, October 11, aged 67. During his career, David was a HGV driver for William Blythe for many years, followed by Image Chemicals, Gary Law Haulage, and in his final years, Waitrose. David was a keen angler, loved holidays abroad, mainly in Spain and Greece. He loved caravanning, days out with his family, making things with wood and home improvements. He enjoyed gardening, the countryside, walking, music festivals, being busy and meals out. David leaves his wife Kathleen, children Lee, Stacey and Lauren, grandchildren Kai, Deacon, Karson, Jordan, Kacey, Libby, Katie, Seb and Layla. Led by Kathy Unsworth, the service will be held on Tuesday, October 26, at Accrington Crematorium at 10.20am. Family flowers only please, with donations if desired to East Lancs Hospice.
