Hefyd dymuna ddiolch yn arbennig i nyrsus a meddygon Ward Alaw ac Uned Alaw Ysbyty Gwynedd am ei gofal. Diolch yn fawr i'r Parchedig Christopher Prew am ei wasanaeth ar ddydd yr angladd ac i Mr Selwyn Lloyd am ei ddarlleniad Anfon Nico a oedd yn ffefryn gan John. Yn olaf diolch o galon i Melvin Rowlands a'i gyd weithwyr am eu gwasanaeth sensitif a theimladwy ac am y rhoddion ael tuag at Ward Alaw. Diolch yn fawr iawn i bawb. Julie and family of the late John Elfed Evans of 1 Pant y Celyn, Ty'n Lon, Anglesey who passed away May 12th 2020 would like to take this opportunity to thank friends and family for their support during this sad time. Throughout John's illness, attending Alaw Ward and Alaw Day Unit at Ysbyty Gwynedd he was cared for by a team of doctors and nurses who not only did their duty but went above and beyond to give John the very best of care. To whom they will be eternally grateful to. Thank you to Reverend Christopher Prew for officiating the service on the day of the funeral, also Mr Selwyn Lloyd for reading Anfon Nico a favourite poem of John's. Finally, thank you to Melvin Rowlands and his staff for their sensitive consideration at all times and for the generous donations towards Alaw Ward. They are eternally grateful to you all.
