No amount of words I write could ever say how much I love and miss you and long for you to be here. The passing of time does not make the hurt of losing you any easier. All I can believe is that you still exist somewhere, and that we will be together again one day, that you watch over me sometimes, but always your little boys Aaron and Kian, who has been denied what Aaron had, a very special Grandad and you, your precious Grandsons. The days are so long now, the nights even longer, you were described as an exceptional man by the transplant team - how right they were, you fought your illness with great courage and dignity, this will remain with me forever - forever has no ending.
