Hazel JoanELLnee Puttick Peacefully on 5th January, 2019 at the Diana, Princess of Wales Hospital, Grimsby, in the town she has lived in for the last 16 years, (formerly a resident of Boulogne Road, Croydon for 71 years) Hazel aged 87 years, sadly passed away. Service at St. Margaret's Church, Laceby on Monday 21st January, 2019 at 12.45pm followed by committal at the Grimsby Crematorium.
