Margaret JanetEDWARDSMargaret Janet Edwards 22 January 1929 - 17 December 2023 It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Margaret Janet Edwards, 94, on Sunday 17th December 2023. She passed away peacefully, leaving behind her loving family and friends. Margaret was born on 22 January 1929 in West Bromwich, Birmingham to Daniel and Rose Goodwin. Her childhood and much of her early life was spent in Warley, prior to moving, on marriage to Harborne and subsequently Edgbaston. Locations where she would live for over 60 years, before her final move to Pershore, Worcestershire. She will be dearly missed by her surviving brother Geoff, children, Anne, Helen and Mark grandchildren, Guy, Toni, Toby, Sam, Alex and Izzy, great grandchildren, Andre and India and all those who had the privilege of knowing her. Margaret's funeral will take place at The Vale Crematorium, Evesham Road, Fladbury at 3pm on Friday 19th January, and afterwards at Wood Norton Hotel, Worcester Road, Evesham.
