Alfred JbEASTEAST Alfred J.B. Jim Passed away peacefully at Sue Ryder, Leckhampton Court, on 12th July 2020 aged 88 years. Husband of the late Margaret, father of Robert and Tony, father in law to Linda and Chris, grandfather to Mike, Matt, Tim and Libby and great gramps to Tabitha, Cooper, Matilda, Arran and Mylo. In accordance with Jim's wishes a family cremation will be held. A service of thanksgiving will be held at St Mary Magdalene, Twyning as soon as circumstances permit, to which all friends will be welcome. The family wish to express their thanks for the kindness and care of everyone at Mythe Surgery, Cheltenham General Hospital and Sue Ryder, Leckhampton Court, and for the many expressions of condolence received. Jim was a true gentleman. Caring, outgoing, a friend to so many. He always had time to stop and talk. He used his faith and his love to help those around him and we will miss his warmth and sense of humour. Reunited with his beloved Margaret - rest in peace both of you. xx
