HelenDONNELLYand family would like to thank all relatives, friends and neighbours for mass cards, sympathy cards and flowers following the sad loss of MICHAEL.Special thanks to Father Tom Flynn for a comforting service to all who attended Requiem Mass at St. Theresa's, East Calder and Adambrae Cemetery, Thomas Grieve and Son for an efficient service, Doctor Susannah, Doctor Dempster, all GP's, District Nurses, Receptionists, Lindsay and Gilmour Pharmacy East Calder, Marie Curie, Fairmilehead, and Macmillan Centre, St. John's Hospital for the care and support given to Michael.The total sum of £650 was collected for the Macmillan Centre.
