FrankDEVLINPassed away in Blackpool, Victoria Hospital on 10th March 2022. Beloved husband of Cynthia. He will be sadly missed by all his loving family. Friends please meet for a service at Thorncliffe Crematorium on Friday 25th March at 12.15pm. Family flowers only please.
