ChristineDELAHUNTYThe Family would like to express our sincere thanks to the many Health and Social Care Services and Staff who helped Christine over the years. This includes Dr. Lund and her Community Mental Health Team of the Hesketh Centre, Gwen Pemberton and the Staff of Imagine Independence and Cosmopolitan Housing, whose combined efforts enabled Christine to finally enjoy supported independent living after years of hospitalisation. We also thank Dr. Jain and all at Southport Hospital Oncology Unit, Dr Meehan and all at Queens Court Hospice, whose care and support enabled Christine to die as she wished, in her own home on 12th January. Thanks also to Father Philip Gregory of Holy Family Church and Broadbent & Seddons Funeral Directors.
