Diolch i Nyrsys Cymunedol Ardal y Rhyl am eu gofal arbennig o Emlyn yn ei waeledd. Kirk Roberts a drefnodd y gofal pallative ac a fu'n gefn mawr i ni fel teulu trwy gydol adeg anodd iawn, a'r nyrsys Marie Curie a ddaeth i gynorthwyo tua'r diwedd.
Diolch i Morris P Morris am arwain gwasanaeth yn yr Amlosgfa, a thraddodi'r deyrnged mewn ffordd mor deimladwy a diffuant.
Diolch i Fiona Shand a Sian Jones am eu dehongliad hyfryd o'r ddwy gerdd o eiriau cysur.
Diolch i Sioned Rowlands am drefnu'r blodau bendigedig. Diolch hefyd i staff y Bod Erw am y lluniaeth ardderchog.

Thank you to Rhyl and District Nurses team for their compassion and the excellent care they gave to Emlyn. Our sincere thanks to Kirk Roberts who arranged the palliative care and who supported the family throughout at a very difficult time. Thank you to Marie Curie Nurses who came to support Emlyn towards the end.
Thank you to Morris P Morris for leading the service in the Crematorium and for his warm and sincere delivery and of the tribute to Emlyn. Thank you to Fiona Shand and Sian Jones for their lovely interpretation of the two poems.
Thank you to Sioned Rowlands for the beautiful floral tribute. Our thanks to the staff of the Bod Erw for hosting the refreshments afterwards.
A special thank you to Deiniol Jones, Undertaker, and the staff at RW Roberts & Son for their compassionate and professional handing of the funeral arrangements from start to finish.
