GlynDAVIESof Avenue Parade, Accrington, died on Saturday, January 23, aged 62. At his time of death, Glyn had semi-retired due to ill health. His first job was with British Gas, where he worked for 15 years. He then moved to Senator International, working as a furniture assembler for 13 years, before moving on to Home Chairs Ltd, Accrington working as a furniture courier. His final job before semi-retiring was working at Sandersons Bakery in Blackburn. He loved watching sports, especially cricket, football, darts and boxing. He also loved caravaning holidays with wife Tracey. He leaves his devoted wife Tracey and two children, a son and daughter from a previous relationship. The funeral will be held on Friday, February 12, at 1.40pm at Accrington Crematorium, led by Neil Overton. Family flowers only; donations if desired to Bleakholt Animal Sanctuary c/o funeral director Hyndburn Funeral Services.

One of the happiest days of my life you by my side giving me away so proud of you Bro. I can honestly say with my hand on my heart ❤️ you was not only my brother but my dear friend right to the end when I was there to give you back to our family who have truely loved and missed you more than anything it’s going to be so hard not to see you, laugh with you and talk as we did I’m going to miss that so much. My last visit just before Christmas was to be my last I’m going to miss you here but I will see you again n I asked you to come meet me nd I know you will. Loved you ❤️🌹 from the day I was born till the day you went to sleep 💔
