Thomas AndrewDAKINPassed away peacefully at The Royal Derby Hospital on 2nd July 2026 after a long illness aged 83 years. Much loved Husband, Father, Father-in-Law, Grandad and Great Grandad. Gone but never forgotten.
A funeral service will be held at Trent Valley Crematorium on Monday 24th August at 3.30pm.
Flowers welcome however donations if desired may be given at the service to benefit The Dog's Trust.
