Lisa JaneCUMMINSIn Loving Memory Of CUMMINS Lisa Jane Sadly passed away on Thursday 11th July 2019 with her family at her side, in the Nightingale Macmillan Unit at the Royal Derby Hospital. A Celebration of Lisa's life will be held on Monday 5th August at 2.30pm at Trent valley Crematorium, Aston-on-Trent. Anyone who knew Lisa is invited by Tony, Amber, Gwnneth and Laura. Family flowers only please. Lisa's wish was for donations in lieu to support Derby & Burton Hospitals Charity 14005 for the Nightingale Macmillan Patient Fund, who supported Lisa and family in her final weeks.
