EdnaCORNTHWAITEPassed away at Royal Blackburn Hospital on 13th April 2020, aged 84 years. Loving wife of Brian (deceased). Edna was a talented musician and teacher, inspiring so many young people with her passion and enthusiasm for music at Walshaw School, Burnley and Accrington High School. During a short gap in her teaching years she set up two beauty shops in Great Harwood and Todmorden. She will be missed, but not forgotten, by her sister-in-law Beryl, close friends, neighbours and her God children Stephanie, Richard, Rachel and Rebecca. Her funeral was held at Great Harwood cemetery 28th April 2020 and a memorial service is planned for later in the year.
