GraceCOOMBESCOOMBES (GRACE) (NEE PIMM) - Passed away on 26th July 2011 following a sudden illness aged 73 years, Grace a Dear wife of the late Cliff and much loved Mother of Stacey, Lesley, Darren, & Candy, and Mother in-law to Simon Also a loving nana of Andrew, James & Matthew, Great Grandma of Lewis & Lola. A Darling Sister and Sister in-law and much loved Auntie. Grace will be fondly remembered and sadly missed by all her family & friends. Funeral Service will take place at St Margaret’s church on Thursday 4th August at 2.00pm followed by the Cremation at Manchester Crematorium 3.20pm. Flowers welcome or Donations to dementia UK.
