JakeCOOKE(COOKIE MONSTER) Treasured and much loved son Loving and precious memories of our "Special litle man" Jakey who died 23rd May 2007 aged 14 We can"t believe its one year ago today since that dark day the angels took you away from us There isn"t a day goes by that we don"t cry or smile as we remember your cheeky smile and infectious giggle and all the happy memories you gave us There is a great big hole in all our lives which will never be filled but we had 14 very happy and fun filled years with you which we will always treasure Also special birthday wishes for the 18th May which would have been your 15th birthday and everyone who knew you knows how excited you used to get on your birthday (and every body else"s!) but that was the kind of person you were, you loved life, your family and your friends You touched the lives of everyone you met and we were blessed to have you for our son Good night, God bless Jakey Love and kisses Mummy and Daddy xxxxx
