The obituary notice of John William COOK

Happy memories growing up with my cousin John, family holidays, fishing at North Shields Quay, Wylam, Pooley Bridge. Me & John pony trecking, John on a huge cart horse called Jock. Christmases and New Year parties at Tynemouth and Prince Consort Road.
John was an amazing person, always trying to be positive and cheerful, even at the darkest of times, when his former life was falling apart around him.
Thank you. To cousins Christine and Richard Rook, and all John's steadfast group of friends, who have supported him over the last 48 years. The caring staff at Marigold Court for keeping John, healthy and independent for as long as possible.
To Allan and Jen Hepple my deepest gratitude.

Such a lovely cheerful gent. I deliver meds to Marigold Ct & always had a laugh with John. He always had a smile & a giggle when O said oh heres trouble. RIP lovely man, I will miss seeing you when I go in.
