Alan EdwardCOMYNSAlan Edward of Bexhill-on-Sea, Sussex, peacefully passed away on November 27th 2022, age 94. Dr. Comyns obtained his PhD in chemistry from University College London, and enjoyed a varied career in industrial research laboratories, government and academics. He was the dearly loved husband of the late Daphne, and the father of Bruce, Carmen and Elizabeth. His intellect, curiosity and wide interests will be missed by all who knew him.
