ChrisCOLLETTBeloved wife, mum and nan. You filled our lives with love and brightened our days with laughter and fun. We have such wonderful cherished memories of you that we will hold always in our hearts.

Chris was born and grew up in Southmead. She attended Pen Park school and then worked at Courages for many years. She married Roy and they travelled the world together before settling down to have Sharon and Scott. She then worked at Southmead Hospital Laundry and as a Dinner Lady and Cleaner at Doncaster Road School. Her last occupation was Carer and Handyperson at Brentry House Nursing Home. Chris had a huge, generous heart and a wicked sense of fun. She will leave a huge hole in our lives and will be greatly missed. Her family is her legacy.

We love you so much and miss you every day.

Her funeral is at Canford Crematorium on 13th May at 11.15, all are welcome.

Chris, 16 years ago you welcomed me into your family with open arms.
You never ever saw us go without.
When we got married you stood proud and showed you trusted me to look after your boy.
I promise I will always love and protect him.
When I met Scott I didn’t only find the love of my life, I joined a family.
Lily and Eddie miss you and talk about you often, we will always keep your memory alive.
Sleep tight now.

Mum I love you so much and I miss you every day. What I wouldn’t do for one of your cup of teas and a cuddle. I wish I could sit on your lap and you make me feel like everything was going to be ok, like you always did. You made me feel protected, safe and loved no matter what. I miss your voice, your laughter and having fun with you like you wouldn’t believe. My only comfort is that you are at peace, whole again and with nan and auntie Barb. I love you with all my heart mum and always will. Til we meet again xxxx
