The family would like to express their gratitude to Sycamore Park Care Home for their loving care and attention during Ron's short stay and thanks to the Carers Trust, Kirkwood Hospice, Lepton Surgery and our Admiral Nurse Janet and colleagues for their valued support and care to Ron during his time with dementia.
