YvonneCOCKINCOCKIN Yvonne, Jacques-Paul and Liz would like to thank most sincerely all relatives, friends, (former) colleagues and neighbours for their kind expressions of sympathy and the many cards they received during their recent sad loss of Jack; special thanks to Eddie Small and all those who created a memorable and comforting service and gave so generously the sum of ?225.50 for Cancer Research UK. Our gratefulness goes out to the District Nurses of North East Fife, GP's and staff of Pitcairn Practice, staff of Oncology Department of Ninewells Hospital, NHS Fife Palliative Care Team NEF and of St Andrews Community Hospital for their support and compassionate care during Jack's illness.
