Also the Doctors, Nurses and receptionists of High Trees Surgery, Manor Road, Chellaston and the Carers and Office staff of Complete Nursing Services Ltd for the wonderful care given to Josie. A very special thank you to Fr. A. Burbage of St George's R.C. Church and to Denise who took mum Holy Communion every Sunday for the past 18 months.
