CLEWSVICKYof Heath Hayes Passed away peacefully with her family at her side in St. Giles Hospice, after a long illness bravely fought, on June 19th 2008 aged 54 years. The devoted Wife of Steve and beloved Mother of Anna, also a dear Grandmother, Daughter, Auntie, MotherinLaw and Friend, will be missed by all. Service will be held at St. Lukes Church, Cannock on Monday June 30th at 1.15pm. Family flowers only, donations for St. Giles Hospice c/o Funeral Directors.
