Patricia SylviaCLEMENTSPeacefully passed away, after a long illness on Friday 13th February 2009, aged 72 years. A loving and devoted Wife, Mum and Nan will be sadly missed by all. Forever in our hearts. Patricia's funeral service will be held at Loughborough Crematorium on Tuesday 24th February at 1.15pm. Family flowers only by request, donations if desired in lieu of flowers for MacMillan Nurses may be sent to Midlands Co-operative Funeral Services, 128 London Rd, Coalville, LE67 3JD.
