Cremation to be held on Friday 6th June at Streetly Crematorium. Afterwards at Cannock Cricket & Hockey Club, Hatherton. Family flowers only. Donations welcomed to County Air Ambulance, c/o Halliwell Funeral Directors, Heath Hayes.
