Special thanks to Rev Ian Johnson for a lovely service and for visiting Dad, Dr. Amanda Michlewski and all Nurses from The Lennox Practice, which allowed Dad to stay at home in his final weeks, to all Dad's carers, especially Ellen, Val and Suzanne, Dad loved you all. Thanks also to Sandra at Co-op Funeralcare for her help and Abbotsford Hotel for excellent catering.
