PamCHISHOLM19 January 1944 - 4 October 2019 Peacefully at Westminster Memorial Hospital after a long illness, bravely borne. Much loved wife to Ron, mother to Alan and Janet, grandmother to Tom The funeral for Pam will be held at Salisbury Crematorium on Monday 21st October at 12:15pm. Those attending are welcome to dress informally and are kindly asked not to wear black. The service will be followed by a reception in Shaftesbury at the Grosvenor Arms Hotel starting at 2pm until 4pm. Pam's family would like to particularly thank the staff at Westminster Memorial Hospital and Salisbury Hospital for their exceptional care given during her illness. Before her death Pam requested no flowers except from family, however if friends wish to donate; cheques should be made to 'SDH Stars Appeal' or 'League of Friends, Westminster War Memorial Hospital'.
