In Memoriam for Donald Charles (Don) CHILCOTT

Beloved Dad, the 29th April 2026 will mark the 37th year of your passing. During your lifetime,apart from your home in Bristol, your very favourite place to spend your time was at Weymouth. For many happy years, we as a family spent countless weekends and holidays in Weymouth making some of our most magical and special memories together. The sailing club and harbourside and beach were noteable amongst your favourites and these all have gone on to feature strongly in your childrens lives. I am privileged to currently be here in Weymouth on holiday,where I wanted to be on your anniversary and I have been, and will be, standing in the very places where I stood alongside my wonderful Dad who I adored, so that I can recount my magical times I spent with you. In the next few weeks,I plan to meet up with Jo and Mindy in Weymouth,so that we can all share our special memories of growing up with you as our beloved Dad. Love you forever Dad,from all of your adoring children and family. Thank you for all the memories.

15th June 2025. Thinking of our wonderful, special and truly unique Dad on another Fathers day. Sad you are not here with us Dad, but our day will be filled with the happiness of all the many special memories we have of sharing our lives with you. 30th May 2025. Dearest Dad, today would have been your 93rd Birthday. We will all be thinking of you and remembering what a fun-filled loving Dad you were. You cared and loved us and always let us know this. You and Mum were simply the best, so although you are not here for us to wish you a happy Birthday, we will all be spending our day having loving and happy thoughts of you. Happy Birthday Dad. 29th April 2025. Beloved Dad, today is the 36th anniversary of us losing our very precious Dad. You are never far away in our thoughts, with so many special times spent together, to remind us of just what a special person you were. Loved by all of your family and the many friends, who also valued the lovely fun man that you were. Thank you for being that special person in our lives and for being such a loving, protecting and caring Dad. Thinking of you on this special, but sad day and will always be remembering you. 16th June 2024 will see another Fathers day,where your 3 children will all reflect on how lucky we were,to have had such a special dad as you.

Beloved Dad, the 30th May 2024 will mark yet another Birthday, where your 3 children and wider family will once again be saddened by the fact that you are not here for us all to spoil you and wish you a "Happy Birthday" and share one of your special hugs and kisses.
