KevinCHAWNERPassed away peacefully on Wednesday 9th July at the RSUH with family by his side, now reunited with his beloved wife Rosemary and daughter Jenny.
Kevin was a much loved father to Caroline, Tricia and Adrian, and grandpa to Emma, Rachel, Conor, Eve, Bethany and Ben.
Funeral service to take place at St. John the Baptist Church, Keele on Friday 1st August at 2pm.
Will relatives and friends kindly meet at the church.
Family flowers only please, donations preferred to UHNM charity supporting the Purple Bow Scheme (providing additional support for end of life patients).
