A lovely, loyal, caring man who had a great sense of humour even in adversity, a talented, competitive but fair minded snooker player and golfer too. A pleasure to share the baize and fairways with, always a gentleman. He will be sadly missed by us all but we are safe in the knowledge he’s reunited with his sweetheart Christine.🥰

So sad to hear about Tony passing away. What a lovely man he was, always a smile and a hug when you seen him ( in the George ) were he drank and had a lot of friends that are reminiscing about funny times we have shared. Rest in peace Tony 🙏 x Sending lots of hugs to all Tony’s family especially my lovey friend Liz who was always by his side x

All of Tonys family are in my thoughts at this sad time. A true gentleman, straight talking and always the first to buy you a drink, great conversation and company. Lots of love to Liz his devoted sister who looked after him to the end.xxxx
