RogerCARTERAvril and family would sincerely like to thank all relatives, friends and neighbours for their kind expressions of sympathy, cards and letters of condolence and all the beautiful flowers received during this sad time. Also for the generous donations given to Prostate Cancer. Thanks also to the carers at Kirkwood Hospice, Macmillan Nurses, the District Nurses and the staff on Ward 12, at the Huddersfield Royal Infirmary for their care given to Roger and Avril.
