MikeCARTEREileen, Sally, Anneli and family wish to express their most sincere thanks to all relatives, friends and neighbours and all Mike's friends at Huddersfield YMCA RUFC for their kind expressions of sympathy, letters, cards and beautiful flowers received in their sad loss of a much loved husband, dad, grandad and father in law. The support by all who lined the route of Mike's final journey was much appreciated by all of us as are the donations received for Kirkwood Hospice. Special thanks are extended to all at Kirkwood Hospice for their kindness, support and care to Mike and the Doctors at Kirkheaton Surgery for their care and attention. Thanks are also extended to Celebrant Bill Wilde for his wonderful service and to Gwen and all at Radcliffe Funeral Service for their kindness, help and support with the funeral arrangements.
