Frances MayCARTERI wish to thank the Ambulance Service and Paramedics who cared for my wife in her hour of need, also the Doctors and Nurses at Glenfield Hospital, whose devotion shone through in her last moments. Special thanks to Kim Birbeck and family for their unstinting support in my hour of need and my Niece Ruth, without whom I could not have coped.
