Funeral Service and cremation at Streetly Crematorium at 3.30pm on Monday 13th June 2011. Family flowers only preferred please. Donations if desired to British Heart Foundation, c/o Co-operative Funeralcare, 49 Park Road, Cannock, WS11 1JN. All welcome afterwards at Mary Rose, Cheslyn Hay.
