William DavidCARNE("Bill") On Sunday 9th January 2022, Bill of Winkleigh passed peacefully away at home, aged 86 years. Much loved husband of the late Julia, dear dad, father in-law and a special grandad to all his grandchildren. Funeral service to be held at All Saints Parish Church, Winkleigh on Thursday 3rd February at 12 noon.
