ToniCAFFELLToni Caffell passed away peacefully at Meddyg Care Home, Porthmadog aged 78 years on Friday 16th January 2026 with her husband, Siôn, by her side. Much loved mother of Anwen and Dylan; sister to Douglas, Alan and Jack; aunt to Gwenllian, Bethan, Richard and Brian; a treasured friend to many. Private cremation service as per her wishes. A celebration of Toni's life will be held at a later date. No flowers by request. Donations in memory of Toni would be welcome, if desired to the following charities which she supported: The British Heart Foundation, Dementia UK and The Dyslexia Association through the funeral directors.
