Liam ThomasBYATTAged 26 years Passed away unexpectedly on 23rd September 2025 at the Royal Stoke University Hospital. Dearly loved Son of Diane and Geoff and much loved Brother of Nicola. Treasured Grandson, Nephew and Cousin, cherished Uncle and dear friend to many. Liam will be deeply missed but fondly remembered by his family and many friends.

Funeral Service to take place on Monday 27th October at 1pm, Carmountside Chapel, followed by a private burial.

Anyone wishing to attend is kindly asked to meet at Carmountside Crematorium Chapel and disperse following the service. Black smart clothing is the dress code.

Family flowers only by request. Donations if desired will be gratefully received for Stroke Association & a Memorial bench In loving memory of Liam.

We are all heartbroken to hear of Liams passing. He was such a passionate and caring person with a larger than life personality.

I will miss our conversions about tv shows / movies and doctor who in the office. Your presence will be greatly missed by all of us who has the pleasure of working with you.

It’s such a shock to hear that the guy I met at uni is gone. Although I live miles away we managed to keep a strong friendship going for years after I left Keele.

Some of my favourite memories were the endless hours of fun we spent playing Star Wars battlefront together and going on and on about peep show our favourite tv show!

He would have wanted me to drop a peep show quote here and one of his favourite's was the classic “Four naan Jeremy? Four! That’s insane”. We actually won a peep show pub quiz where we miraculously scored 54/54 (everyone thought we cheated!!) I have included that photo, it’s how I want to remember him.

He will be missed, he was very dear friend goodbye Liam, may you rest in peace.
