The presence of so many at KATIES funeral service was a great support to us all and much appreciated, as are the donations given for The Teenage Cancer Trust and Cancer Research UK. Special thanks to all who cared for KATIE during her illness, especially Sally Burnell for her tremendous support and for being KATIES rock.
