Iris LilianBROWNBRIDGEIris Lilian Brownbridge (née Tombs) Passed away peacefully at home in Asby, Cumbria with her family by her side on Monday 22nd April 2024, aged 87 years. Beloved wife of the late John, very dear and devoted mum of Sue, Steve and Geof and mother-in-law to John, Joanna and Kaushi, loving daughter of the late Doris and Chris Tombs from Plymouth, Devon. Iris will be sadly missed by her children, four grandchildren, one great-grandchild and wider family and friends. Funeral service to be held on Thursday 2nd May 2024 at 2:00pm at Distington Hall Crematorium, Workington, Cumbria CA14 4QY. Iris's ashes will be interred beside her late husband at South Bristol Crematorium at a later date. Flowers from immediate family only please. If desired, donations welcomed, ideally to one of Iris's favourite charities: Age UK or Marie Curie.
