Thanks to the many health professionals, Mr Ram at HRI, Dr Mani and all at Kirkheaton Surgery, Moira, Lindsay and all at Kirkwood Hospice, Marie Curie carers, Casie, Sharon and all the district nurses who helped us to care for him at home.
