AnneBREEZESadly passed away at home, with her loving family by her side, on Thursday 24th December 2020. Cherished Wife of Colin. Devoted Mother to Marcella & Rebecca. Dear Mother in law to Siôn & Chris. Adored & proud Nanna to Gwenllian, Catrin, Harry & Ioan. Anne will be sorely missed by all of her family and friends. Due to the current restrictions, a private funeral service by invitation only is to take place on Wednesday 13th January 2021. Anne will be leaving the family home in Wheatley Avenue at 9.45am prior to a Requiem Mass in St Joseph's Catholic Church, Port Talbot at 10.00am. An interment in Margam Cemetery will follow at 11:15am. Family flowers only may be sent to the funeral home or donations if desired in memory of Anne may be sent to Kidney Cancer UK, The Old Granary, Park Farm, Great Abingdon, Cambridge, CB21 6AX.
