Also for all the support, cards, many messages of sympathy and generous donations to the Macmillan Unit of Royal Derby Hospital Special thanks go to Rev Peter Barham for a lovely, memorable and moving service. Also special thanks go to doctors Professor Cheung and Dr Vijayan and nurses of the oncology department of Royal Derby Hospital, together with doctors and nurses of the Macmillan Unit, all of whom looked after Christine so well during her long illness. Finally thanks to Wathalls and Son for their care and attention during this sad time. Thank you all.
