NoelBRADLEYIt is with great sadness that the family announce the death of Noel at Bassetlaw General District Hospital on 22nd May aged 88 years. He passed away peacefully surrounded by his loved ones. Former RAF and NCB colliery mechanical engineer, born in Liverpool in December 1930, a much travelled man who eventually settled in Retford. Husband of the late Jean, much loved father of Shirley, Jeanette, Jacqueline and Ian, grandfather and great-grandfather. We will all greatly miss your love, humour and generous spirit. The family would like to extend their gratitude to the staff and residents of Queens Court, Retford for welcoming him into their community and to the nursing staff of Ward C1 at Bassetlaw General District Hospital for the care, dignity and respect shown to both Noel and his family. Family flowers only please. Donations if desired will go to Ward C1 at Bassetlaw General District Hospital. The funeral service will take place at Babworth Crematorium on Friday 14th June at 1pm. All friends of the family and people who knew Noel are warmly welcomed to share in this celebration of his remarkable life at the West Retford Hotel after the service.
