Pauline's family would like to thank everyone who attended her funeral also for all the lovely cards and flowers which were a great comfort to us all. Many heartfelt thanks to all the amazing transplant team and nurses at the Freeman Hospital for their wonderful care while she was in hospital on Wards 38 and 21. Most recently the amazing staff of Ward 52 at the RVI. We will be forever grateful and we will never forget what you did for us all. From her husband Billy, daughter Pauline and all the family.
