Anne RosemaryBOWLEYWe are sad to say that Anne Bowley peacefully passed away aged 94 on August 21st. Anne was born in Bath on the 31st of August 1930. She was never happier than being the tour de force behind the snack bar at the Royal Victoria Hotel the Strand Torquay, or latterly as a voluntary driver taking elderly patients to the hospital or the doctors even if they didn't want to go! I would like to thank Sister Anne, Nicky, Millie, Paul and Kadizatul Fardous of the Warberries Nursing home who looked after our mother with great humour and compassion. Our much loved mum is survived by her two sons Martin and Robin. Gone but not forgotten. Funeral is at the Torquay Crematorium, Monday September 15th at 13.30. No flowers.
