Frances MayBOWENEdwards Aged 97, Frances passed away in Gloucester Royal Hospital on Friday 24th July. A much-loved mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, Frances was born in Merthyr and lived in Cefn Coed for nearly seventy years until 2017.
