(Lee Andrew) Stan ChrisBOURNEBOURNE (Lee Andrew) Stan, Chris and family wish to thank all relatives, friends, neighbours, the Potteries North Staffs Scout's Association and work colleagues for the support, kindness, messages of condolence and generous donations received in memory of Lee which at the moment is in excess of £900 and will be donated towards equipment for the treatment of diabetes. Special thanks are expressed to all the doctors and nurses of Ward 123, UHNS for all their care of Lee during the last five years and to Sarah Taylor and all the diabetic nurses and staff at Orchard Surgery, special thanks to Rev Cecil Mann for the wonderful funeral service and words of comfort and to Geoff and Barry of Tudor Davies Funeral Service for their kindness and care with the funeral arrangements.
